Universitas 21 (U21) is an international network of 24 leading research-intensive universities in 14 countries.

U21 Staff Fellowships

Funding for special projects
The University has made available seed funding for colleagues who wish to initiate projects in collaboration with our U21 partners.

Small-scale funding opportunities
The University of Birmingham has made available funding for colleagues who wish to attend U21 events or require some small amounts of funds in relation to U21 visits or initiatives. 

Student funding
The University of Birmingham supports student mobility among its U21 partners by providing funding to successful applicants.

Events

There are plenty of opportunities for staff and students from the University to get involved in conferences and events organised by the U21 network such as the undergraduate summer school, graduate research conference, early career researchers conference and more.
