Pathways to higher education

Many countries have a different education system to the UK. The University of Birmingham therefore offers one-year foundation programmes for international students who require a further year of study before beginning an undergraduate degree programme.

We also offer Presessional English for students who need to improve their English language ability before commencing their studies.
